R.I.P. The british Left

May 20, 2015

I keep reading that the Labour leadership campaign is in chaos, seems a bit harsh seeing as they have hrdly started yet, and also that the Liberasl Democrats are falling apart at the seams. This claim has a tad more substance as the front runner for the leadership, Tim Farron has hinted that he wants to drop the Dems and divert to being the liberals with a political philosophy based on classical liberalism.

What we’re really seeing is a fragmentation of the Left.

As Labour under and since Blair, sought to occupy the ground that belongs to the centre right, it triggered a lunge towards authoritarianism and statism by the remaining dyed-in-the-wool Marxists, hence the growth of Greens, extreme socialist groupings and the SNP.

But what most surprised Labour, and the pollsters too, was the volume of traditional working-class votes which went to UKIP in far greater numbers than the kippers had ever gathered from any wavering Tories, presenting a greater threat long term.

As I have been saying in this blog for a long time, politically correct thinking, gay rights and an obsesion with imigration are not vote winners in the streets of Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, Birmingham, Nottingham and Sheffield. Anyone familiar with those cities does not need me to explain why, anyone who does need me to explain why is never going to understand anyway.

The challenge now for Labour is to define a whole new position, one which can recover those lost working class souls whilst also making the right noises about business, immigration, Europe etc. It looks like an impossible challenge, certainly for any of the current batch of leadership candidate nonentities.

Labour now only exists in the most deprived and under – employed parts of a few major conurbations, it is a party of the depressed inner-cities, no longer a whole nation party, nor even a working-class party. The exit-door beckons – unless Osborne throws them a life-line with his daft ‘city-devolution’ plan – that could guarantee devolved Labour enclaves for a few more decades yet.

As for the Liberals, whether Democrat or not, I suspect their day has gone: people have more feasible choices now for their protest votes and trying to co-exist in the middle-left-ground while being trampled on by both the Tories and Labour is not a healthy place to be.

From the start of the twentieth century to the 1970s the left served us well, then the Labour Party was hijacked by the elitists of the Fabian Society and became the party of lawyers, luvvies and academics while the Lib Dems for a while was an uneasy alliance of libertarians, social democrats and the raffia mafia.

RIP then the british left, what will replace it we cannot tell.

Good, better and even better

May 11, 2015

Just after seeing the news that Nigel Farage in to stay on as UKIP leader (which will surely gladden the hearts of our leftie friends, I took a look on Guido Fawkes blog and saw the old conspirator is predicting Ed Balls will soon be back in Westminster.
Could Ed Balls soon be back in the Commons? There is a rumour going round that Labour’s veteran MP in Coventry North West, Geoffrey Robinson, who was at the centre of a huge internal row about whether he would stand down before the election, could quit and trigger a by-election This soon had Coventry Labour members tweeting:

Jason Cowley @JasonCowleyNS Whisper it but will Geoffrey Robinson fall on his sword offering his dear friend @edballsmp a route back to the Commons? If not now, when? 8:27 PM – 10 May 2015

Jayne Innes @JayneInnes Cov NW needs diverse long list – I’ve already said I’ll help put it together

Ciarán Norris @ciarannorris@JayneInnes it would be insane for Cov NW to give it to an outsider

Jayne Innes @JayneInnesPersonally I don’t want Cov NW to have someone who was rejected by voters elsewhere.

The Left Are So Hopeless They Can’t Even Sneer Properly

November 21, 2014

In view of recent public relations disasters and with a General Election just six months away I can see this phrase “The Left Are So Hopeless …” spawning a series of posts as the elitists of the Labour Party, out of touch with voters to the extent that they constantly insult their white, working class core vote and think those despised ‘lowlifes’ will rally to the cause and get them elected to government.

Yesterday’s by election in the Kent constituency of Rochester and Strood produced the expected victory for UKIP, the expected humiliation for the Conservative, Labour and Lib Dem parties. The Biggest disaster however was a Labour own goal own scoreed be Labour’s Shadow Attorney General Emily Thornberry.

The Hapless Thornberry, a senior lawyer, tweeted a picture of a White Van outside a house draped with Cross Of St. George flags so beloved of Englan football supporters. With it she posted the message: “Image from #rochester” (a reference to the UKIP voting steroeotype created by the sneering left.)

rochester white van

The house with flags and White Van in Rochester, Kent, that Labour MP Emma Thornberry referred to in her offensive tweet.

The media luvvies are naturally horrified that a member of their superior caste, the metropolitan elite, should be citicized for stereotyping the working classes as ignorant, xenophobic, shaven headed oiks with British Bulldogs tattoooed across their arses and have leaped to Thornberry’s defence – with typical ineptitude of reality deniers.

Mary Riddell writing in the right of centre Daily Telegraph tried to excuse the Labour MP’s offensive tweet thus:

“No matter that Miss Thornberry was brought up by a single mother on a housing estate or that she has done good work in helping her poorer constituents. “(Read full report)

That apologist drivel was quickly demolished however by a quick wiki which revealed Thronberry’s privileged and elitist background.

From Wiki
Thornberry was born in north Surrey to Cedric Thornberry, a Visiting Professor of War Studies at King’s College London, and his wife Sally Thornberry, a teacher […] Her father went on to become United Nations Assistant Secretary General and to work for NATO.

In a way it should be comforting to know Thornberry, like so many other prominent Labour politicians is a member of the privileged elite. It at least makes her sneering contempt for the lower orders understandable even if such an attitude is never going to be justifiable.

Has ‘Hampstead Socialism’ Lost Labour The Working Class Vote

November 6, 2014

When a traditionally left wing publication like The New Statesman turns on The Labour leader you can be sure the party is in bigger trouble than anyone involved with it is ever going to admit.

This blog has been saying for years Labour is now more elitist than The Conservatives, the party of lawyers, academics and media luvvies, of crony corporatism and progressive ideologies taking precedence over pragmatic realism.

Labour has not only lost touch with the working class that always made up its core vote, the intellectuals now despise the working classes whose concernes are casually dismissed as racist and bigoted. Instead they suck up to the gay and lesbian communities, extremists religious minorities (so long as they are not Christian extremists) and corporate businessmen who favour replacing democracy with a totalitarian world government and the kind of strangers to reality who think equal rights for paedophiles could ever be a vote winner.

Miliband: ‘old-style socialist who can’t connect with public’

from The Mole:
Stinging attack from New Statesman as Times claims Labour backbenchers could still ask him to step aside

In a devastating critique of Ed Miliband, the editor of the left-wing weekly, the New Statesman, has accused him of being an “old-style Hampstead socialist who has failed to find an authentic voice to connect with the electorate”.

“He doesn’t really understand the lower middle class or material aspiration,” writes Jason Cowley in this week’s editorial. “He doesn’t understand Essex Man or Woman. Politics for him must seem at times like an extended PPE seminar: elevated talk about political economy and the good society…”

Nor does Miliband have a “back story” that might capture the public imagination, says Cowley. “[He] does not have a compelling personal story to tell the electorate, as Thatcher did about her remarkable journey from the grocer’s shop in Grantham and the values that sustained her along the way, or Alan Johnson does about his rise from an impoverished childhood in west London.

“ ‘I went to Oxford to study PPE, worked for Gordon Brown, became a cabinet minister and then leader of the party’ does not quite do it. None of this would matter were Miliband in manner and approach not so much the product of this narrow background…”

The attack is particularly upsetting to Team Miliband because the Statesman went out of its way to endorse Ed for the leadership in 2010.

When the leading publication among left wing intellectuals is doing a hatchet job like that on the party leader, himself a Fabian Society intellectual, only six months before a general election, it does give the impression they don’t want to win.

Poor Ed, I like him as a person no matter how misguided or daft his politics may be, but he really was handed an impossible task. Nobody could hope to succeed in selling the politically correct idiocies of paedophile loving Harriet Harman and her clique to the down to earth voters of Labour’s industrial strongholds.

Maureen Lipman: ‘Silly Bugger’ Miliband Can’t Be Jewish and Eat Bacon

July 2, 2014

Is the Labour Party about to find it’s soul? Doubtful, but at least Maureen Lipmann is making a bit of an effort to look for it. Part of the Labour Party’s soul resided in the Jewish religion, the rest – well it used to be said here in the north that the Labour Party owed more to Methodism than Maxism.

You see the true working class Labour supporter did not have much time for academics and intellectuals like Karl Marx. It was the elitists who formed The Fabian Society that dragged Labour down the road to authoritarianism. It’s strange though that while working class voters were prepared to put up with the likes of Lady Astor, Lord Longford and Viscount Stansgate and Labour’s army of wealthy lawyers and academics who considered themselves experts on working class lives even though few had actually done and honest days’s labour in their own lives. In spite of that, until now working class voters have largely remained loyal.

How strange it will be if something as mundane as a bacon sandwich destorys that bond.

What the working class will not tolerate is being patronised and when some smart arseed PPE graduate decided to respond to calls for Labour to reconnect with the working class by having leader Ed Miliband eat a ‘working class’ breakfast, a bacon sandwich it was patronising in the exreme to assume working class Labour voters were too ignorant to know that Ed Miliband is Jewish(ish) and most Jewish people do not eat bacon.

So now, not only has that stupid publicity stunt pissed off a lot of working class voters, it has pissed off a lot of Labour’s affluent Jewish suporters to. And the nation’s favourite Jewish Grandma, Maureen Lipmann, has gone on the warpath.

from Breitbart-London

“… it’s not exactly like all Jews refrain from bacon – such is my experience of living in Hampstead Garden Suburb for the past three and a half years anyway. I’m told (by some of my pulled pork-loving Jewish friends) that Judaism is “like a buffet cart” that people often pick and choose from. If Miliband chooses the bacon sandwich, who are we to judge?”

Well I’m certainly in no position, but actress Maureen Lipman seems to be, if her interview with the Times is anything to go by.

Lipman,[…] is described as being “intolerant of left-wing intellectuals who have left their Jewish faith behind”

When told of Miliband’s “tussle” with a bacon sandwich during the recent election campaign, Lipman said: “In the case of some people it makes them look extremely clever if they don’t take what would be a natural Jewish standpoint… That’s your posh left wing.
“Bacon sandwich! Silly bugger, if he thinks he’s coming here for dinner after that!”

We think Ms. Lipmann is being a bit harsh. Anyone who saw the news pictures of Ed about to throw up his bacon sandwich would realise he was stitched up by his PR people.

Paedo Loving Comrade Mr. Harperson In Trouble Again

March 9, 2014

jack dromey and friends Jack Dromey, backed by trade Union Hard Men Says To The Daily Mail, “Come And Have A Go If You Think You’re hard Enough

Comrade Jack Dromey, better known as Mr. Harriet Harperson MP, seems to be more idiocy prone that any of his colleagues in any of the three main parties that make up the LabLibCon superparty. just recently, as we have reported before the kerfuffle in Ukraine pushed all other news aside, Jack, his wife – Labour’s gimlet eyes deputy leader and equal rights fanatic Harriet Harman and another left wing ideologue senior Labour figure, Patricia Hewitt, all of whom were involved with the National Council For Civil Liberties in the 1980s, unfortunately committed the faux pas of supporting a campaign by PIE (Paedophile Information Exchange) to grant equal rights to paedophiles and lower the age of sexual consent to FOUR.

How can these idiots still hold senior positions in a major political party, you might well ask.

The Daily Mail has been asking just that, and as the newspaper most loyal to the Conservatives has been having great fun as it managed to trump every evasion and lie with documentary evidence to back up its allegations. In response to the Mail’s shocking reports about the past links between paedophile activists and the National Council for Civil Liberties (NCCL), in which Dromey was a leading figure, Mr. Harperson has behaved like the old militant tendency union boss he used to be, making his noisy protests and playing the victim card. The Mail’s stories, he declares, are nothing but ‘a smear’ and ‘a new low in journalism’, as he shows not the slightest shame about the affiliation of the Paedophile Information Exchange to the NCCL at a time when he was not only an executive member but also the civil rights organisation’s chairman.

Dromey even attended the notorious meeting of the NCCL executive in February 1976 that agreed to push for the age of consent to be lowered to just ten generally and four “where the consent of the child could be proved — although he has made it clear he did not agree with the proposal.

In another lurid revelation The Mail alleges one of Britain’s most senior judges was also active in campaigning for relaxation of laws governing sex with children in accordance with the wished of paedophile group PIE.

Lord Justice Fulford, who was last year appointed as an adviser to the Queen, was a key backer of the notorious Paedophile Information Exchange which police suspect of abusing children on an ‘industrial scale’. Most PIE leaders from the era that would have brought the groups officers into direct contact with Harman, Drome, Hewitt and Judge Fulford are now serving very long jail sentences. The Judge and the politicians have not even answered any questions truthfully as yet.

An investigation by the Mail on Sunday has discovered that Fulford was a founder member of a campaign to defend PIE while it was openly calling for the age of consent to be lowered to just four.

I hear a lot of lefties bleating about the coalition government’s very necessary (but ineptly managed) cuts to public spending and talking about how great it will be when Labour are back in power. Won’t it just, Ed Bollocks will be shafting you up the arse financially as he increases foreign aid and dole bludger allowances a zillionfold while Dromey and Harman’s paedo mates will be doing the same to your kids. Look, I don’t care who you vote for, but if you vote Labour at least be honest enough to wear a T shirt that says “Yes, I support equal rights for kiddie fiddlers.”

“But you can’t believe what you read in a sensationalist, right wing rag like the mail Ian,” I hear lefties protesting. I don’t believe what I read in the Mail, in fact I only read snippets of Daily Mail stories on news aggregator sites, but as I have been reading about this stuff from NCCL whistleblowers, Freedom of Information campaigners and one former Member of Parliament for almost twenty years and because if they weren’t afraid of humiliation Harman Dromey, Hewitt and now Fulford would be suing The Mail to bankruptcy, I think there is a lot of substance in the reports.

Its Nineteen Eighty Effing Four In The Education System

November 25, 2013

Over in the USA or The Peoples Republic Of Obamaland to give it the new official title the government is trying to implement a new education system named Common Core that guarantees to strip children of their individual personalities and turn out identical konformists.

It is based on the same principle as the “No Child Left Behind” policy introduced by the National Socialist Party Of Great Britain (the party formerly known as Labour) which tried to impose a system that lined up all children from less than wealthy homes at the starting line and nailed their little feet to the floor.

Naturally parents across the pond are as up in arms as British Parents about the schools system being set up to turn bright kids into retards (because you can never turn retards into bright kids and everybody must be equal.

To make sure every child is equal except those of the wealthy elite whose parents can afford private education, Common Core sets six year olds questions that insane nerds like Brian Cox, Marcus du Sautoy or Dara O’Briain might be able to answer but that an intelligient person would immediately see does not make sense. Like:

“What is a “related subtraction sentence?”

If you don’t know, you may not be able to pass a mathematics exam designed for first graders under the Common Core curriculum guidelines.

The Daily Caller reports Carol Burris, an acclaimed New York high school principal who writes a blog about education issues, recently posted a first grade math test that one of her employee’s daughters had failed. The test–which caught the eye of The Washington Post’s Valerie Strauss–features several questions with awkward wording that could trip up adults, to say nothing of six-year-olds.

Students are instructed to “find the missing part.” Question 1 shows five coins above the phrase “part I know,” and a cup with a ‘6’ on it that is marked as “whole.”

Though the answer must logically be ‘1,’ the question isn’t clear at all, wrote Burris.

Not clear? It quite clearly does not make any kind of sense.

“My assistant principal for mathematics was not sure what the question was asking,” wrote Burris. “How could pennies be a part of a cup?”

Several questions give a number, and then depict a box cut in half with some number of dots on one side and the rest of them–or nothing–on the other side. The question related to the boxes changes after each problem, and one asks students to choose the true statement that represents the box–out of 4 possible answers.

The most difficult question, Number 12, shows 4 black squares connected to 3 white ones, and asks, “Which is a related subtraction sentence?” Each of the answers are addition problems.

“My nephew’s wife, who teaches Calculus, was stumped by that one,” wrote Burris. “Would (or should) a 6 year old understand the question…?”

Though the entire curriculum seems unhealthily slanted towards subjects autistic savants excel in, abstract maths and theoretical physics, the language and humanities are pretty perverted as well. In the English course a lesson on possessive nouns contains Orwellian strictures on the relationship between the individual and government, such as “The commands of government officials must be obeyed by all,” and “An individual’s wants are less important than the nation’s well-being.”

That says it all really, The New World Order is real and the march towards global Naziism is turning into a sprint

Freedom is slavery
War is peace
Ignorance is strength.

Just for interest I looked up the phrase Subtraction sentence: From the thinkmath website, this is their definition: “This is a school term, sometimes used in teaching math. The word has no formal mathematical definition.”

Well I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, everything in the world is run by insane egomaniacs. The semi autistic shits in the education system are making up this bollocks and branding six year old retards for not understanding it. I wonder how long it will be before we find Common Core contrains a remedial program called Aktion T4 under which backward children are sent to “special hospitals” and subjected to “experimental therapies” in an attempt to cure them. T4 was the social classifiatiuon the Nazis gave to “useless eaters.”

Shock Labour Defector – To The Tories?

November 15, 2013

After asking a few days ago, in the wake of criticisms from John Major, David Blunkett and Jack Straw of the parties whose governments they served in, we asked who would be the next political elder to defect to UKIP.

The defection, when it came, was a shock. Ken Livingstone turned against Labour and the loonytoons economics advocated by shadow chancellor Mr. Bollocks and embraced Thatcherite monetaraism.

from The Daily Telegraph:
Ken Livingstone, the former Mayor of London, has accused the Labour party of “cowardice” for building up billions in debts rather than taking difficult decisions on tax cuts and spending.

In a speech to a campaigning group on Saturday Mr Livingstone accused Gordon Brown of borrowing too much in the boom years.

Mr Livingstone said: “Gordon Brown was borrowing £20 billion a year at the height of the boom in the first decade of this century in order to avoid having to increase taxes, because he wanted to increase public spending.”

The former Mayor described the racking up of debts as “an act of cowardice” on the part of the Labour party.

Mr Livingstone appealed to Ed Miliband, the Labour leader, not to borrow more. Referring to Mr Miliband and Ed Balls, the Shadow chancellor’s, plans for the economy, he said: “I don’t believe that borrowing is your way to the future.”

As Livingstone is going against Labour’s traditional policy of saddling future generations with unserviceable levels of debt inh order to buy working class votes by handing out cash benefits, we must assume Red Ken’s political career is over.

On the other hand it might just be that he’s the same old hypocrite he always was and will embrace anything he thinks might help him cling to a sliver of power a little longer. I mean, he’s already endorsed Sharia Law and you can’t get any more conservative than that

Straw Man Knocks Down Labour’s Argument

November 13, 2013

John Major on elitism in politics last week, David Blunkett on Monday, and now this:

Jack Straw has admitted that opening Britain’s borders to Eastern European migrants was a “spectacular mistake”.

The former Labour Home Secretary said his party’s decision to allow migrants from Poland and Hungary to work in Britain from 2004 was a ‘”well-intentioned policy we messed up”.

It comes a day after David Blunkett, Mr Straw’s successor as Home secretary, warned British cities could face riots as an influx of Roma migrants creates “frictions” with local people.

The last Labour government predicted that only 13,000 would move to Britain from Poland and other eastern European countries after 2004.

However, more than one million arrived in one of the biggest waves of immigration seen in this country.

And now as the Coalition shape up to make the same mistake with Romanian and Bulgrian immigrants (how many times have we told you the political community is owned by The New World Order), we proudly announce The Boggart Blog Bookie is taking bets on who will be the next former cabinet minister to join UKIP.

They’re All In It Together

November 12, 2013

Told you so. The three main political parties are all the same organisation, a local branch of the New World Order, they cover one anothers’ arses and serve the same masters. Want proof?

Here it is:

David Cameron blocks report that exposes Tony Blair’s Iraq war crimes

‘David Cameron is blocking publication of the Iraq Inquiry report because it confirms a secret conspiracy by Bush and Blair to take the US and Britain into an illegal war.

While David Cameron was laying wreaths of poppies at the Cenotaph this weekend, to remember the past war dead, he has been blocking an inquiry set up to tell the truth about the war in Iraq.

That is the meaning of the refusal of the Cabinet secretary, Sir Jeremy Heywood, to release records of conversations between then prime minister and US president George Bush, in the run up to the war on Iraq.

Now WTF is a Conservative Prime Minister whose party is trailing in the polls thinking about when he passes up the chance to nail a Labour former Prime Minister as a traitor and war criminal? If Cameron was a politician rather than a New World Order office boy he could have stitched up Labour and guaranteed winning the next election three times in the past three weeks.

And you know how the old saying goes, once is circumstance, twice is coincidence and three times means you’ve been kicked up the arse by your corporate bosses.

I’m not going to do a Russell Brand and say don’t vote. I say vote for absolutely anybody so long as they have nothing to do with the three main parties.
